Reading other complaints I think they might use some kind of drug in the cream to diminish your alertness. The guy applied me sth in the arm and rubbed it continuosly.

Should have paid more attention and not let the guy touch my arm. Winder how they still find unaware people after all this reports.

There is a complaint form to complete with the consumer complaint division of the Department of Agriculture.

I'm from Australia, I'm 29 and have a 3 year old that doesn't like sleeping and when he does its on me (so I walk round like a zombie half the time) and they have Orogold out here but at kiosks in malls. The sales guy dragged me in, I told him I didn't have long, I couldn't really understand everything he was saying because of his accent.

First he talked me into buying a 24 gold carat vitamin C set for $750, Which I didn't mind seeing as I had just ran out of my peeling mask ect. He then went on to show me these other products including the mask valued at over $1000 (in between this he was making small talk and I had told him I was a single mum who wasn't working) , the total package he wanted to sell me was $5000 and something. He tried to take it out of my bank card but I told him I only had a $1000 a day limit, he tried nonetheless, unsuccessful. He told me I should go to the bank and get the money out , I thought sweet this is my time to just leave and not go to the bank.

As I was walking away he stopped me and said I will mind your bags and get you a coffee while your gone. *** me went to the bank took out $6000 and went back, I had the money in an envelope and he said do you want me to count it for you, I said no he said it's ok I do it everyday I will be fast and just took it, counted it and put it in his back pocket. While I was sitting there and he was talking to me I realized I didn't really need nor want the other products he was offering. I had not even said I would definitely be buying the other products.

While he was talking I received a phone call on my cell (it was a friend but I faked that it was my brother and he needed my help), when I got off the phone I told the guy that there was a problem and I needed to give the money to my brother. He asked what he needed it for, I said it was personal, he replied well can't he wait and you give him the money next week ( I only get paid fortnightly) , I told him that he needed it now, the guy kept going on and on about how I need to be spending my money. I said look if I don't give my brother the money today some guy is going to come and break his legs, finally he said I'm going to have to call head office because we don't normally do this. After he called someone and spoke in what sounded like Arabic ( mind you he told me he was from Canada and that he was the owner of the store), he said we should go outside for a cigarette.

While we were outside he offered me the "damaged box deal" (all throughout he was telling me that he was giving me an unbelievable deal and that I had to recommend it to all my friends and family but not to tell them the price I paid), we go back to the kiosk and he goes and talks to the other sales people, he came back with cell in hand and said head office said he could only give me half the money back and we will give you some of the products (by then I was so mad and late for picking my son up from day care), I just said whatever I really need to go. He then kept me there for a further 15 mins while he messed round on the PC, finally he handed me a receipt and had me sign it ( I don't have a credit card or debit card just eftpos). He said I need come back the following week with $3000 and I will give you the rest of the products ( I was thinking yeah I'll come back when *** freezes over), said yeah maybe and walked off. I was late picking my son up and day care here charge you for every 5 minutes your child is there over time, so by the time I got home I was livid.

I then proceeded to go online, I went to many sites like Orogolds actual page, Ebay, Cleopatra's Choice ect, none of the sites had the same price as the guy had told me every item was cheaper online by a few hundred dollars eg: the guy told me the 24 gold karat travel kit was $750 on their site its listed as $218, he sold me the 24 gold karat vitamin C set for $750 its listed on their own site for $604, he said the 24K CryogeniC Set was $4000 its listed on their site for $3000. I had to go back to the mall the next day for a hair appointment, while I was waiting for the dye to set I walked down to the kiosk and the guy who served me wasn't there, I spoke to another guy who said he was the manager, straight away he tried to sell me stuff, I told him I was here the other day and already have most of the products in the range so he would be quiet. I asked him how much one of the travel sets was telling him that my Mum had asked me to find out, he told me well just because your a special return VIP client I will give it to you for $350.

I said ok I will tell my Mum I've got to go get the dye washed out of my hair. What liars!!!!!!!!!
